Private Sattvic Cooking Masterclass

Carol Neary from Ireland who is visiting India came to me for a master class on Ayurveda and Sattvic cooking today. As I cooked North Indian food- Langarwali Dal, Kadhai Paneer, Bhindi Amchuri, Ghee Rice with whole spices, Gajar Halwa and parathas, I explained the basics of Ayurveda cooking with a special emphasis on Sattvic Food. It was also wonderful talking to her about the healing and rejuvenating effects of spices. Looking forward to another class tomorrow as I will delve deeper into this philosophy with South Indian food.
