Had a wonderful Ayurvedic Seasonal Cooking Masterclass in DY Patil School of Hospitality where I spoke about the importance of seasonal cooking and highlighted the attributes of cooking in the winter season or Shishir Ritu, the season we are in right now. I also showcased dishes for this season based on the Sattvic principles of Ayurveda. I was fortunate to have a very attentive, interactive and interested set of students in the session today.
