Emmer Wheat Pilaf with Cashews and Raisins, Sumac Roasted Vegetables with Pinenuts and Cranberries with a Buttermilk Dressing and Strawberry Cheesecake with Crushed Pistachios.
Ayurveda recommends eating Sattvic food and talks about its beneficial aspects on mind, body and spirit. I spoke about all this and more while conducting the workshop.
